How do I apply to be a driver?: Apply through JazzHR or Meals Now job posts on Indeed, Craigslist, or Facebook. Once accepted, you'll go through our onboarding process.
How long does onboarding take?: Once approved, onboarding is completed in 2–3 days and includes:
• Contract signing
• Training videos & quiz
• Setup photo test
• Slack + Vromo access
• First live order
What do I need to start?: ✅ Valid ID
✅ Reliable car
✅ Phone with data
✅ Catering bag & cart (or rent from us)
✅ Clean, professional appearance
✅ Time for 1–2 training deliveries
What does a typical delivery involve?: • Pick up catering order on time
• Use your gear (cart, gloves, bag)
• Greet client politely
• Ask where to set up
• Set up neatly and quietly
• Take a setup photo
• Message the VA "Delivery completed"
• Drive off — no loitering or tipping talk
What if I'm running late?: Message the VA immediately. We handle client communication — your job is to keep us updated.
What should I wear?: Clean, odor-free clothes. No tank tops, no sweatpants, no smoking. Tier 1 drivers often wear Meals Now gear.
Who do I contact during deliveries?: Always message the assigned VA via Slack.
✅ Do not call the client directly unless told to.
✅ For emergencies (flat tire, accident), message VA first — then call if needed.
What if something is missing from the order?: Alert the VA. You may be asked to return to the restaurant or wait for resolution.
What if no one answers at the drop-off?: Wait 5 minutes. Then:
• Call the client
• Message the VA
• Follow "No Contact SOP"
Do I have to take a setup photo every time?: Yes — no exceptions. It must show:
• All food trays opened
• Clean setup (no trash)
• Gear not blocking food
• Taken from 4–5 feet away, eye level
• Sent within 5 minutes of drop-off
Why are setup photos so important?: Clients judge your service by the setup. It's your proof of professionalism — and it keeps you eligible for Tier 1 orders.
What are the Driver Tiers?: You'll be ranked from Tier 4 (starter) to Tier 1 (elite).
Higher tiers = more orders, better pay, bonus gear.
How do I move up?: We track:
• Acceptance rate
• On-time arrival
• Setup quality
• Gear use
• Communication
• No complaints

Score 90+ out of 100 consistently = Tier 1 promotion.
What if I drop in Tier?: You'll get fewer orders until you improve your score. We'll coach you — but expectations stay high.
Do I need to buy a catering bag and cart?: Yes. You can buy from our Shopify store or rent from us.
You cannot go live without the required gear.
How do I get paid?: We pay via Everee — daily or weekly. You'll earn:
• Base delivery pay
• 100% of customer tips
• Bonuses for Tier 1 performance or referrals
Can I earn more?: Yes:
• Refer new drivers = $25–$50 per referral
• Become "Driver of the Week" = bonus + perks
• Tier 1 drivers earn up to 30% more per delivery
How does the referral program work?: Every Tier 1–2 driver gets a referral link or form.
If your referral completes 3 orders = you get paid.

Bonus levels:
• 1 referral = $25
• 3+ referrals = Gear or bonus
• "Top Referrer" of the month = leaderboard spotlight
Will someone monitor my deliveries?: Yes. Our VAs review:
• Setup photo
• Punctuality
• Gear compliance
• Attitude
• Feedback

If there's an issue, we coach you. If you crush it — you move up and earn more.
How do I contact support if I have an issue?: Slack is your main line of communication.
